Our Super Clay can be stored for up to 9 months, but to keep it in tip-top shape, make sure it’s sealed in its bag and stored in a cool place. We’re not talking about a room with funky lights and a disco ball, but somewhere with lower temperatures. Once you've received your kit, you’ve got a good 3/4 of a year to use all that lovely clay!

No need to preheat! To avoid cracking, set your oven to 150°C (300°F), immediately place your painted mugs inside, and let it bake for 30 minutes. Ensure the paint is completely dry beforehand—usually about 30 minutes air-drying. This method protects your mug’s design for long-lasting vibrancy after multiple uses and washes. Note: The clay coasters dry naturally through air exposure and should not be placed in the oven.

To keep your pieces looking its best and lasting longer, always hand-wash it—skip the dishwasher to prevent the paint from fading. After washing, make sure to dry it right away to avoid any water marks. Also, remember, your painted pieces aren't microwave-safe and needs a gentle touch due to its fragile nature. 💦
